Tuition Fee

Tuition for the complete 12-week program is $2,390.   Financing ,for qualified applicants, is available through commercial lending institutions.

The tuition fee includes:

• Two three hour hands on sessions per week for twelve weeks.
• Teaching manuals, dental instruments, and supplies used during clinical training
• Interactive training in a state of the art dental practice
• Complete dental exam, X-ray, bleaching trays, and one composite restoration
• Clinical rotations in general and specialist dental offices
• Free job posting through the Eastern College job placement service.

Program Outline

This program provides lectures and clinical training in

• Dental terminology and clinical procedures
• Dental materials and instruments
• Infection control and sterilization
• Radiology (x-ray) theory and techniques
• Life saving cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR)
•  Interviewing skills

Program Certificates  

Completion of the program offers various certifications including

• North Carolina Dental X-RAY Certification
• CPR for the Health Care Provider
• Medical Office Emergencies
• Certificate of Course Completion from Eastern College

Everyone says there are good jobs and opportunities in China and Korea , but how can you get them without the proper language training?  Chinese and Korean languages are so complicated to learn and traditional classroom environments are not efficient. How can you learn it in an effective, fast, and fun way?  Here is the solution: Power Learning.  Research shows that adults learn best in a context of practice and implementation rather than from theoretical study.

Chinese Program

There are two main components in this program: essential lessons and problem solving sessions.  Essential lessons will cover basic concepts in the Chinese language.   Pinyin, chinese grammar, and basic language aids will be taught in this section.  Problem solving  sessions are designed to help you in real life situations.  Imagine you are traveling alone in China ! How can you find your hotel with basic language aids? How can you find a good bargain in the market? How can you make friends?  We will incorporate remote teaching (via web conferencing)  into the program where you will receive lessons directly from language experts.  We also provide private tutors and Chinese "corners time" where the only language allowed will be Chinese. 

Korean Program

There are two main componentsin this program: essential lessons and problem solving sessions.  Essential lessons will cover basic concepts in Korean language, Korean alphabet, Korean Grammar, and basic language aids.  Problem solving lessons are designed to prepare you for real life situations.   Imagine you are traveling  alone in Korea , how can you find your hotel with basic language aids? How can you find a good bargain in the market? How can you make a friend?  We will incorporate remote teaching via web conferencing  where you will receive lessons from Korean language experts.  We also provide private tutors and Korean "corners time" when the only language allowed is Korean.
